 Qualification for the Vacancy

• High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in Human Resources or a related field will be a plus.
• Proven experience in fieldwork, community engagement, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively.
• The Field Officer must be male.
