 Qualification for the Vacancy

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field, with quality control, administration/management, and financial management skills.
• Proven experience in a supervisory/ managerial role within a food manufacturing or QSR.
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures and their application within a production setting.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting, as well as strong interest in figures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and proficient in cake design, with a portfolio of past work (added advantage).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
