Qualification for the Vacancy

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years proven experience in Facility Management, preferably in overseeing large estates or properties.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using facility management software and tools.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to managing facilities.

• Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional emergencies or unforeseen situations. B.Sc / HND in Accounting or its equivalent, added certification or accreditation would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 3- 5 years in similar role.
• Business Acumen, critical thinking, good knowledge of Accounting practises.
• Ability to analyse data ability to prepare financial statement Management skills.
