Qualification for the Vacancy
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience as a Billing Officer in a hospital will be an added advantage.
- Customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
