 Qualification for the Vacancy

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
