Qualification for the Vacancy
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study.
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Must be able to coordinate and schedule appointments using scheduling programs.
- Excellent use of Microsoft office and scheduling programs.
- Must be able to organise and create a schedule with the customer service team.
- Ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Display empathy and compassion, especially in sensitive situations.
