Functionally reports to: Construction Manager/Engineering and Operations Manager

Qualification for the Vacancy
- Bachelor’s or Higher Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience in Consulting / Project Management.
- Problem Solver – Ability to identify problems, understand root causes, generate alternatives to solve the problem and recommend the best path forward.
- Change Management Orientation – An agent for change management across an organization, including influencing, storytelling, and communication.
- Digital ToolsAwareness – Understanding of digital tools to simplify and improve project processes is a plus.
- Experience working with and solving problems.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Knowledge of standard project processes and functional activities.
