Qualification for the Vacancy
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the dredging industry with a focus on hydraulic engineering.
- Previous experience working for international dredging companies in roles such as supervisor, manager, or dredge master.
- Proficiency in offshore and channel dredging operations.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and their applications in dredging.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage cultural and community aspects of projects with sensitivity.
