Qualification for the Vacancy
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years proven experience in Facility Management, preferably in overseeing large estates or properties.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using facility management software and tools.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to managing facilities.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional emergencies or unforeseen situations.
