Qualification for the Vacancy
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a growth marketing role, preferably in a tech or internet-base company
- Proven track record in driving user acquisition and retention through marketing campaigns
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple online and offline channels
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to inform marketing decisions
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with social media and digital advertising, influencer marketing, SEO, and content marketing a bonus.
- Experience leading and mentoring team members a plus.
