Qualification for the Vacancy
- Over 5 years of experience in user growth or related fields, with a specific focus on mobile app growth.
- Strong knowledge of app marketing platforms and strategies, including experience in running successful geo-targeted campaigns.
- Proven experience with Google Play Store optimization and understanding of the algorithms and ranking factors.
- Sensitivity to numbers, strong data analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of user behavior within mobile apps, capable of providing insightful strategies.
- Understanding of the Nigerian app market, those with relevant work experience are preferred.
- Experience in coordinating on-ground marketing campaigns and teams.
