 Qualification for the Vacancy

• Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct/storage area.
• Monitor and take inventory on regular basis.
• Prepare end of month stock report on the last day of the month.
• Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filled and stored properly.
• Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.
• Inspect quality of goods supplied by vendors and detect faulty products.
• Ensure proper hygiene of all beverages.
• Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
• Make requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
• Keep accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Identify and report any slow-moving drinks to avoid over purchasing.
• Ensure that “beverages” are being supplied to all the outlets before every business day.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Monitor vendor receipts to verify any inconsistencies and high-prices.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.
• All issues concerning new products should be referred to the consultant for approval.
• Refer business discussions with both old & new vendors to the consultant for approval.
