Qualification for the Vacancy
- Culinary Diploma or Certification in Pastry Arts.
- Proven experience as a Junior Pastry Chef in a bakery or pastry shop or pastry department in a hotel.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Creative and detail-oriented with excellent decorating skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production schedules.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
