Qualification for the Vacancy
- Candidates should possess Degrees in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with relevant work experience.
- Proven work experience as a Processing Manager or a similarly related role
- Previous experience in project management is a plus
- Excellent understanding of process improvement methodologies
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communicator with good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Certification in process improvement methodologies is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and process mapping software.
