Qualification for the Vacancy
- B.Sc / HND in any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Senior Operations management role
- Ability to influence others positively
- Good Communication / Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to analyze and understand qualitative and quantitative results around operations
- Marketing Skills
- Problem Solving Ability
- Confectionery Skills and Eye for Details
- Team Spirit/Ability to Work Under Pressure
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to appropriately balance multiple priorities and work against tight timelines
- Understanding of market trends particularly in pastry & confectionery products.
