Qualification for the Vacancy:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree required. Degree, Diploma or Professional Certification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field strongly preferred.
- At least 4 years of working experience in Supply Chain / Procurement Department and 2 years of this experience in a managerial role.
- Experience working with grants funded by donors including USAID, BPRM, UNHCR, DFID, ECHO, and EU, and knowledge of specific donor guidelines.
- Standards of Professional Conduct the IRC and IRC workers must adhere to the values and principles outlined in the IRC Way – Code of Conduct. These are Integrity, Service, and Accountability. In accordance with these values, the IRC operates and enforces policies on Beneficiary Protection from Exploitation and Abuse, Child Safeguarding, Harassment-Free Workplace, Fiscal Integrity, Anti-Retaliation, Combating Trafficking in Persons, and several others.
