Qualification for the Vacancy
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree (highly advantageous).
- 5 years proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (mechanical/electrical, heating etc.)
- Good team player, good attitude, Hard and smart working nature, highly transparent person
- Solid knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
- Understanding of budgeting and performance management
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with an eye for details
- Computer savvy with capability in email, MS Office and related communication tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional Certifications (e.g. CMRP or HVAC certified) are preferred.
