9mobile is a Nigerian private limited liability company. EMTS acquired a Unified Access Service License from the Nigerian Communications Commission in 2007. The License enables EMTS provide Fixed Telephony (wired or wireless), Digital Mobile Services, International Gateway Services and National/Regional Long Distance Services in addition to spectrum assignments in the 900 and 1800 MHz bands.
Qualification for the Vacancy
- First Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Experience, Skills & Competencies:
- Three (3) to Five (5) years work experience, with at least Two (2) years in a wholesale and carrier relations function.
- Experience with in-depth knowledge of global telecom regulations and international voice, messaging and wholesale business.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office -Excel, Word and PowerPoint and ACL command language with ability to handle large data and analytics
- Good understanding of Event Detail Records (EDRS).
- Knowledge of billing platforms
- Must be familiar with Accounting terms- SOA, Payment Schedule, Netting and Set Off.
- Have a combination of sales, routing and carrier experience.
- Have strong financial reporting and forecasting skills of key metrics: volumes, revenues, margins and conversion rate trends on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
