Qualification for the Vacancy
- Hold a B.Sc / HND from a reputable tertiary institution
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in transaction monitoring or fraud detection within the Fintech/ Financial Services/Banking industry.
- Clear understanding and appreciation of POS business (PTSP, Acquiring, Co-Acquiring and Agency Banking) and Payment Gateways.
- Profound understanding of transaction routing and processing.
- Proficiency in using fraud detection tools and software.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), CRM, and JIRA.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Excellent time management skills
- A team player, target driven and highly motivated.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with clients.
- Certifications that relate to fraud detection tools and software.
