 Qualification for the Vacancy

• Hold a B.Sc / HND from a reputable tertiary institution
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in transaction monitoring or fraud detection within the Fintech/ Financial Services/Banking industry.
• Clear understanding and appreciation of POS business (PTSP, Acquiring, Co-Acquiring and Agency Banking) and Payment Gateways.
• Profound understanding of transaction routing and processing.
• Proficiency in using fraud detection tools and software.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), CRM, and JIRA.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Excellent time management skills
• A team player, target driven and highly motivated.
• Empathy and patience when dealing with clients.
• Certifications that relate to fraud detection tools and software.
